The power of music is in harmony - not sounding good.
Indigineous chanting and song is powerful because it cannot be mimicked.
The songs we hear today - the scales musicians use - is designed to lull minds to sleep and keeps listeners alive only in the emotional level, It is called "soulical" not spiritual.
Listen to middle eastern influenced music - you will notice a stark difference between that and western influenced music. Notice that in Indian song and chant, the notes may not “sound” on-key. It is because it is according to 432 frequency (earth) not 440 (secular mind conditioning). And so it will at first feel off-putting as well.
We have been misled to believe feeling good and sounding good is power. However, it is merely conditioning. Easily memorizable and repeatable chords create passive minds and spirits. Passion is then easily mistaken for spiritual life as our bodies create natural highs. It is a sugar pill for the true power of music we are designed to experience.
We must reprogram our bodies and brains to be receptive to the sound and vibration of true power.
For that reason, I recommend listening to Native American chants and Indian Mantras.
My sample of an Indian mantra to Sariswati is an example of harmonic power in voice (track 1). The second track is my own song with 440 frequency so you can differentiate the difference.
Track 1 is more empowering and will brighten the mind/spirit - you will feel it in the mind/consciousness. (This is spirit)
Track 2 appeals more to the sensations (body and soul)..
You don’t have to be a musician to emit vibrations - artists, writers and healers all use vibrations to shift energy.
