The Process
Phase 1: Evaluate
We’ll use data-based guidelines to determine the capacity for your operations to scale as it is currently. Based on our findings, we’ll provide a report of recommended actions to prepare your practice to scale effectively.
Phase 2: Prepare to scale your brand
Based on our findings in Phase 1, we’ll create living action plans designed to pre-qualify, inform and strategically direct yourself and any collaborators who will help you in the future.
Phase 3: Integrate
The documents in Phase 2 will be used to modify your branding, marketing and sales operations (or others as needed) to accommodate long-term volume, train future teammates and retain quality of services
Phase 4: Team Up
The modified operations will be used to pre-qualify tools and teammates in taking over operations so you can dedicate more time administering your business as CEO (or so you can hire someone else to do it).
Phase 5: Amplify
Now that there is a clear chain-of-command and turnkey systems in your business, you can explore collaborations to help you make services and products affordable and accessible where it’s needed most including:

Donald comes alongside you in Phases 4 & 5 of The Purpose Process to deliver brand guidelines, logo variations, apparel, posters and school memorabilia. As a trusted designer for the NFL and other sports leagues, Donald has extensive experience directing team members in brand compliance via corporate brand guidelines. As a former teacher of 11 years, Donald is committed to helping our partners leverage design to improve the educational experience for students and to develop stronger communities.

ADVOCATE
Justin works with the Lyon County School District in Nevada where he provides social and emotional support to students. He also works with administrators to provide MTSS (Multi-Tiered System Support) for substance misuse prevention among youth. Finally, Justin connects families and guardians to community resources. As an advocate for education, Justin provides our team with knowledge and training to access educational data and address relevant concerns of administrators and the greater community.
