  • We hop on an initial conference call with the CEO and/or key teammates to learn your business’s needs.

    In the conference call, we’ll examine:

    • What areas of the business need to be improved before expanding?

    • What previous measures (if any) have been taken to address areas of improvement?

    • What SOPs currently exist or need to be added?

    • What tools are currently in place and being utilized for team direction?

    With this in-depth information, we will make a custom proposal that includes a recommended action plan, timeline, cost and payment options for Phase 2 & 3.

  • Storyspeak Enterprises transitions to an advisor position for your CEO, Founder or board with your choice of a retainer or revenue share for continued legacy development.

    (This phase is not required)

  • Using what we learned in Phase 1, we’ll develop resources for current team members to engage with the upcoming journey of improvement and growth so we can all understand:

    • How the mission is supported by these improvements

    • How each organizational role pertains to the mission and improvements

    • Expectations & limitations of each recommended action item

    • Expectations & limitations of each team member

    • A schedule for action items teammates can manage easily with current work load

    • How to receive support when needed

    These details will guide us and your entire team with the mission’s spirit and executive initiatives at the fore front of our minds. This stage sets a foundation so actions are executed as collaborators of a collective mission and as individuals who are excited to actualize the impact of the organization.

  • Upon a revitalized team congruence and individual commitment to the organization’s mission in Phase 2, we will begin working alongside your team to develop or enhance systems, workflows and SOPs within your current tools to increase:

    • Visibility

    • Improve internal response times

    • Keep whole team updated in real-time

    • Generate data from bottom-to-top for decision making

    • Employee / Quality Candidate Retention

    • Customer satisfaction

    We then monitor what we’ve deployed in Phase 2 to optimize it as much as possible before bringing on more team members and technology.

  • At this stage, we will look for ways to simplify improvements and scale with tools & teammates.

    All proposals come with payment plan options.

  • Yes, all of our proposals have an expiration date because services are rendered on a first-come first-serve basis. The expiration date will appear on the front and last page of the PDF you receive after Phase 1. In order to reserve our time to work with you, you must choose the payment plan of your choice, negotiate & sign contracts and submit a deposit as agreed upon before the expiration date on the proposal. If you don’t respond by the expiration date, you can request the proposal to be renewed and hold your queue in line by sending an email to us. Once it is renewed, you’ll receive a new expiration date.
