Scaling

The process of increasing our capacity to serve or produce.

Benefits: growth, impact, longevity, out-of-pocket investment not necessary, but helpful

Drawbacks: expansion can be slow, lots of pre-requisite procedures & structures must be in place for successful scaling, upfront investments may be required before seeing fruit of scaling
