1 - 2 WEEKS BEFORE THE CALL …
Caitlin and LBL Team member will meet for 15 minutes to recap current standing in Journey, progress & goals.
Please schedule a pre-consult call below.

24 hours before getting on the call…
After the pre-consult call with Caitlin, you will have access to a pre-requisite form filled out by the client. The pre-requisite forms must be done through Storyspeak Enterprises (no calendars) in order to track progress of both the client and the LBL team member***
(You’ll receive a FB message, Slack notification and email to remind you 24 hours prior to review the responses from the client)
View the responses the LBL client submitted by clicking your respective link below and searching for the client’s name using (Ctrl + F)

If there are NO responses from the client, please notify Caitlin via Slack and she will get in touch with the client.
5 MINUTES BEFORE THE CALL…

Have a voice recording and/or video recording tool installed and ready to record.
If “YES” continue.
IF “NO”, please install a recording tool before continuing and make sure you can save the recording as an mp3 or video file to your device. You will be uploading this mp3 file and/or video file to the form below.
