The Process
Phase 1: Establish
We’ll establish foundations for a common purpose to unite staff, students and community
Phase 2: Evaluate
We’ll use our establishments in Phase 1 to evaluate current initiatives to get to the root cause of low engagement in students and community.
Phase 3: Embellish
The findings in Phase 2 will be used to create recommendations for improvements in the school’s:

Mission Statement
Slogans / Taglines
Student Engagement
Internal Communications
Community Outreach
Phase 4: Exemplify
With administrator approval, we’ll employ improvements in formats that match your tools so staff can assure long-term modeling of purpose-driven engagement in school staff, communications and visuals including:
Brand Guidelines
Code of Ethics
Communication Protocols & Policies
SOPs
Virtual Trainings
Powerpoint Presentations
Phase 5: Encourage
To encourage continued connection in students, staff and community over serving a mutual purpose, we will create apparel, posters and school memorabilia in-line with a strategy to raise funds for the school. This strategy can be taken over after its initial launch for repeated fundraising and will be handed off with adequate training to instruct future managers in developing the same or similar fundraisers.
Time Commitment:
This entire process can be completed in one quarter (3 Months).
Cost:
Pricing is based on a custom proposal and is etimated to be between $8K
We are committed to partnering with you to help secure funding from local non-profits and/or supporting agencies as needed.

Donald comes alongside you in Phases 4 & 5 of The Purpose Process to deliver brand guidelines, logo variations, apparel, posters and school memorabilia. As a trusted designer for the NFL and other sports leagues, Donald has extensive experience directing team members in brand compliance via corporate brand guidelines. As a former teacher of 11 years, Donald is committed to helping our partners leverage design to improve the educational experience for students and to develop stronger communities.

Justin Zuniga
SAFE SCHOOLS PROFESSIONAL
ADVOCATE
Justin works with the Lyon County School District in Nevada where he provides social and emotional support to students. He also works with administrators to provide MTSS (Multi-Tiered System Support) for substance misuse prevention among youth. Finally, Justin connects families and guardians to community resources. As an advocate for education, Justin provides our team with knowledge and training to access educational data and address relevant concerns of administrators and the greater community.
