BECOMING A PROCESS CREATOR

In the following sections, we went through processes to help us arrive at a new ways of understanding our business. A process is a series of actions taken in a certain order to yield a specific outcome.

Let’s review the processes we used so far:

  1. The brand guide process

    • A series of questions to arrive at certain conclusions about our brand including:

      • what the best colors are for our brand

      • what emotions our brand has

      • what personality our brand has

      • who our target audience is

  2. The audience map process

    • Information recorded from our brand guide to define key traits in our target audience

  3. The customer journey process

    • Defining where we want our customers to travel on our journey in order to arrive at a point of purchase

  4. Content Testing Process

    • Understanding what calls-to-action, social media platform and customer journey path works best

Processes 3 & 4 will need to be completed again and again until we find the results we want from our content.

Once we have our content yielding results, it’s time to begin setting up processes that help our content work even when we aren’t behind the phone or computer.
