IN THIS LESSON

After building in business, it’s time to replace (aka scale).

  • Replacing in business looks like updating, optimizing and improving the overall performance, volume and efficiency of the manual operations created in the building phase by adding or replacing the manual operations entirely with technology and teammates.

  • Replacing manual operations with teammates and technology can be led by the Executive Vision Holder, but it can also be led by hired help including:

    • Chief Operations Officer

    • Managers Related to Each Operation (For example, a branding manager or a sales manager)

  • A business operation is built after the framework and foundation are complete (i.e. business plans).

  • Some examples of replacing in business are:

    • Replacing manual messaging with automated messaging

    • Replacing manual email campaigns with automated email campaigns

    • Replacing yourself with teammates

  • Replacing in business results in:

    • Increased volume of service / product fulfillment

    • Time freedom

    • Financial freedom

    • Less stressed

    • Shorter work days
