IN THIS LESSON

Let’s explore the second stage of business development.

Building a building
  • When we build in business we are developing operations that can be utilized by any tool, teammate or trend without the operation being dependent on said tool, teammate or trend.

  • Business operations are built in-line with the business plans.

Here are the 3 core operations that are built and the order they are best built in:

    1. Branding

    2. Marketing

    3. Sales

These operations are composed of workflows, processes and standard operating procedures to produce a particular quality and get an outcome that is consistent over a long period of time no matter who or what is doing the work to get the results.

  • It is recommended for the Executive Vision Holder to build the first-draft of operations because it is YOUR vision.

The Executive Vision Holder can tap into a unique strategy that no one else would ever connect with because the mission is unique to the Executive Vision Holder alone.

Once you have the operations laid out manually, you are ready for teammate and technology to take over the operations on your behalf.

  • A business operation is built after the framework and foundation are complete (i.e. business plans).

  • Some examples of a business operations are:

    • Branding Operation

    • Marketing Operation

    • Sales Operation

  • Once these operations are built out, they can be plugged into any technology for increased efficiency and ease.

Since the operations were built first outside of the technology or teammate being used, the business owns these operations and it is unique to their vision which protects the business from going down in the future.
