THE TRUTH ABOUT BUSINESS BUILDING PEOPLE

Today I made the hard decision of letting a client go.

After seeing this individual repeat behaviors with no accountability as a partner in business

(all clients are considered partners to me),I felt it best to open space to someone more compatible with me.

Here is the truth about business many will never tell you …

Business shows our true colors.

If we are weak, we will crack under pressure.

If we are ego driven, we will seek perfection over progress.

If we are hard hearted, we will seek transaction over relationship.

This is why the Legacy Brand Leader Blueprint develops leadership skills -

As we work on our business, our business works on us.

If you are new to business, halfway in your journey, you will want to stop.

You will have a breakdown.

If you aren’t there yet, you might not be halfway!

I share this because the world has conditioned us to consume, not to give.

Learning to show up consistently without expecting anything is for the strong-hearted and humble-minded.

And it is the persistence which transforms us into leaders capable of managing a business

(and stewarding a mission) that can one day outgrow us.

Business is never about our gains, but is about serving others.

When I see clients unwilling to operate from a place of love and surrender, I will cut them off from being a client.

Because the world doesn't need more ego, it needs more leaders who serve with love.

Business is spiritual and the skills necessary for anyone who wants to impact communities are not views, likes, follows and social media accounts, but are discipline, selflessness, calmness under pressure and unconditional giving.

If we think business is something we are meant to build… we should pause to reconsider that perhaps it is business that is meant to build us.

Cheering for your transformation,

Caitlin
