How Being Hacked Helped Me Trust More in My Business Journey

It’s probably one of the most dreadful events any entrepreneur can face —-

and one we often think won’t ever happen to “us”.

Being hacked is never fun and after my experience in August 2024, I now know it’s something that’s very likely for anyone.

Here’s a short version of what I went through —

  • colleagues blocked from my email

  • contacts drained from my phone

  • surveillance on all my devices

  • 10 years of intellectual property hijacked from my control

  • Social media accounts hijacked

  • Impersonation isolating me from my networks

  • Forged documents

  • Blocked PR and financial opportunities

These events occurred while I was actively pitching to investors.

And the effects of these events were far reaching.

I had to stop actively investing in my business and work at a factory for several months.

I had to flee my environment for fear of physical threat after recognizing I was being surveillanced with my devices.

And I had to abandon colleagues who didn’t know what the heck happened and who were awaiting compensation.

Today I feel grateful to have gone through that experience because it showed me the protection of divine timing in business.

One of the biggest lessons I learned is that the timing of our results are for our highest good and the good of all.

Had I been awarded an investment prior to being hacked, the hackers could have access to large sums of money.

This would have been a far larger headache than just mere delayed opportunities and compensation.

When hackers successfully steal money from business accounts - especially funds that are lent by investors,

there is a much larger investigation that needs to take place.

This can cause a longer pause for everyone involved in the business and can halt future income for years on end.

I was fortunate enough to resume activities 7 months after the hacking all on my own without the need for investigation or interference from authorities.

I also have more confidence in my ability to navigate cybersecurity issues and setbacks.

This hacking experience also showed me the amount of determination I have to persevere with setbacks —

this is an asset to investors since setbacks are inevitable, therefore, I’m even more prepared for pitching to investors than I was before and am more confident in my ability to generate ROI as promised.

If it weren’t for being hacked, I wouldn’t have been able to realize the truth of my power as a creator that all of us humans have:

My vibration creates my reality.

These past 7 months I have held the truth in feeling and thought that

“I became more beautiful, wealthy, supported and protected”

with every interference of my business.

Now I am a force to be reckoned with and it’s all thanks to the hacking I never would have imagined asking for.
