3.1 - Tracking sales activities in our Buyer’s Journey Spreadsheet
First, let’s revisit the spreadsheet we made in OPS 2.4 - follow along with the video in your own spreadsheet.
In the next video, we’ll be creating next-level engagements and events that will help us determine what to say to our prospects.
First, we need to easily differentiate where our prospects are located.
Before moving to the next section, choose colors, symbols, letters or numbers for each community. Then paste the URLs of each community in the spreadsheet.
If you’re using colors to differentiate prospect locations, be sure to document the color codes so you can find them easily again!
To do that, just select the TEXT option in your spreadsheet and choose “CUSTOM” to see the color code:
